Subscription Terms & Refunds Policy
Subscription Plans
We offer two types of subscription plans:
Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly on the same date you initially subscribed
Annual Subscription: Billed annually on the same date you initially subscribed
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Full Refund Period: You may cancel your subscription for any reason within 14 days of your initial subscription date and receive a 100% refund.
To request a refund within this period:
Contact our support team through our support channels
Include your subscription details and reason for cancellation (optional)
Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days
Subscription Cancellation After 14 Days
Self-Service Cancellation: After the 14-day refund period, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings:
Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
Follow the cancellation process
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period (end of the month period for both monthly and annual plans)
You will continue to have access to all features until your subscription expires
Refund Policy for Cancellations:
Monthly subscriptions: No refund for the current month
Annual subscriptions: No refund for the current month. If more than one month remains in your annual subscription, the remaining full months will be refunded
Billing and Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
You will be charged on the same date each month (monthly plan) or year (annual plan)
Subscription fees are charged in advance for the upcoming billing period
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will retry the charge up to 3 times over a 7-day period
If all payment attempts fail, your subscription will be suspended
You will receive email notifications about failed payments at the email address provided during payment
Your account will be reactivated immediately upon successful payment
Changes to Subscription
Upgrades: You can upgrade your subscription plan at any time, and the change will take effect immediately with prorated billing
Downgrades: To downgrade your subscription, you must cancel your current subscription and subscribe to a lower plan at the beginning of your next billing cycle

Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and, where appropriate, notified to you by email. Continued use of our service after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
