We are a team of enthusiasts with a strong background in large tech companies who realized that in today's digital era, booking appointments with specialists or organizations you know and trust should be a matter of a few clicks. No more wasting time on phone calls, accessing websites, entering emails or phone numbers, or verifying identities. We envisioned a convenient tool that allows clients to easily request appointments and enables specialists or organizations to confirm or decline them effortlessly. Importantly, this should not require installing any special smartphone apps but rather leverage the capabilities of widely used platforms. That's why we chose Telegram.

We also understood that many specialists (be it cosmetologists, nutritionists or private tutors) who sometimes provide services at home or online are forced to share their personal contacts (e.g., phone or WhatsApp) with clients, leading to uncontrolled calls and messages outside of working hours. That's why we built a dedicated chat feature.

Furthermore, individual consultants often want clients to agree to their terms of service and other documents, but many lack such tools without creating their own website. So, we made it possible to obtain and manage these consents and create profile pages that essentially serve as a specialist's "landing page", where they can showcase their expertise, add a logo, information about services and prices, contacts, address, and links to social media accounts.

Next, we realized that specialists providing remote services often need a tool for convenient and confidential document exchange (e.g., test results, photos, or recommendations), so we added this capability.

Finally, both organizations and individual specialists need to understand their performance, working hours, income, sources of new clients (from YouTube, Instagram, or perhaps by scanning a QR code while passing by a salon or office), and other important business metrics and trends. So, we incorporated analytics.

Ultimately, our idea evolved into a real product that allows specialists and organizations to easily manage time and appointments, documents and client consents, create web pages, and generate personalized invites for clients (QR codes and links) to be placed on social media, advertisements, or simply during personal contact. For clients, scanning a QR code automatically grants access to the calendar of an individual specialist or all specialists within an organization.

We have many more ideas for product development and work hard to keep on delighting our users with new functionality and interface improvements.
